Q. What is the return policy?
A. If you do not pass the CFA after scoring a passing grade on our simulated exams, all we ask is that you contact us within 30 days of receiving your failing notice. Check our guarantee guidelines for more information.

Q. What are the technical specifications to run the software on my PC?
A. The technical specifications are:
- IBM-compatible PC with 486 or better
- Windows 95/98/ME, Windowws NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP
- 8 megabytes of RAM or more
- 20 megabytes of free space on your hard drive
- 2X or faster CD-ROM drive
- no sound card or MPEG required
- Internet access is required to e-mail any updates to your e-mail address.
Q. Does it come on floppies instead of CDs?
A. Yes, you can get floppies instead of or in addition to the CD for an extra charge of $35. Some candidates do this so they can use the program on both a laptop and a desktop.
Q. Will it run on my computer?
A. FinancialExams software will run on just about any PC that has Windows and a CD-ROM drive.
Q. What are the license terms?
A. You will receive a single-user license. One person may use the software on one or more PCs.
